The Institute of Extramural and Distance
Education of National Aviation University
carries out training of the highly skilled
experts at 21 directions and 35 specialities.
The correspondence training was and remains
the important part of educational system
in our country.
The modern concept of educational activity
in Ukraine provides creation and development
of the new experts' training system.
Therefore IEDE enables to receive the education,
to increase the professional level at the
distance training system, which is based
on the newest information and telecommunication
technologies and unites the best features
of the internal training and modern methodology,
while continuing work.
The Institute was created in 2000 on the
basis of extramural department as structural
branch of University.
The training is carried out on the basis
of NAU departments; the main chairs have
experienced teaching staff, well-known scientific
schools in the basic directions, unique
specialized scientific and technological
equipment, modern training means and methodical
literature.
Students obtain profound theoretical and
practical knowledge, get skills that permit
them to give the efficient help to their
enterprise.
The successful knowledge mastering guarantees
the graduate high competitiveness in the
world labour market.
All this makes the training in the IEDE
attractive both for the citizens of Ukraine
and for the foreigners.
